We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud-based backend service hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL (HTTPS).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Supabase for data storage and authentication, and Stripe for payment processing (for premium subscriptions). These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Protection of rights: We may disclose information to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and fitness data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete all associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data

8. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by:

• Using the "Delete Account" option in the App (Profile → Delete Account)

Upon account deletion, all personal information, workout logs, splits, and progress data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

10. Advertising

The App may display advertisements through third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These services may collect device identifiers (such as advertising IDs) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
